NEWS: spfilter.pl goes Bliab.pm, a complete rewrite based on the same functionality.
much work has been done already, but it will take a few more weeks for publishing.
spfilter-config.xml will be updated for some time, but new code goes only into Bliab.pm.

build blacklists and dnsbl-zones merged from various sources via http and rsync
for use with various mailservers, nameservers and scripts.
in use at openrbl.org and a couple of other servers for more than one year now.
